Change has come to Washington... Vancouver, that is. Thousands of Vancouverites took a stand for change in the way they enjoy their coffee on Friday. The first Black Rock Coffee Bar in Washington opened on SE Mill Plain & 136th with a warm welcome from their fellow Washingtonians. The lines were long and the party was bumpin' all day. It continues even now with droves of Vancouver residents making their way out to Mill Plain to enjoy a delicious Black Rock signature blended concoction. Caramel Blondie Chiller anyone?
