Thank You for your interest in a Black Rock Coffee Bar Franchise. In order to ensure that each franchisee has the best chance at success we have a few requirements that must be met. Please review the requirements below.
Franchise Requirements
In case of build to suit lease $75,000 of liquid capital
In case of ground lease $150,000 of liquid capital
A minimum of one principal owner/operator with at least 3 months of experience/training with Black Rock Coffee BarIf you do not intend to be an operator we may be able to get you in touch with an operator that is looking for financing to potentially form a partnership. If you have an operator in mind that does not have experience with Black Rock we will evaluate the potential operator in order to assess whether he/she is qualified to begin employment at a Black Rock. Once their 3 months of experience is completed we will evaluate whether the potential operator is qualified for the position of owner/operator.
