Black Rock Coffee Bar plans to expand it’s operation throughout the Western United States within 5 years. At this time Black Rock’s emphasis is on filling out the Portland, OR marketplace. We plan to focus the majority of our efforts on larger metropolitan areas with our market share bleeding into the smaller communities down the road as our brand is established across the United States. At the moment these larger metropolitan areas are incredibly receptive to our image, speed, and quality of service.
Black Rock also plans to expand it’s franchisee systems, continuing to polish our system to put more and more tools in the hands of our franchisees, while simultaneously ensuring a consistent product and image across all markets. We are dedicated to our franchisee’s continued success and keep our system’s ease-of-use a top priority.
